We, at Doon Public School Bhuj, the centre for continuing academic excellence, constantly endeavour to provide quality education to our students who have to meet the challenges of ever changing progressive worlds of tomorrow. The curriculum offers a wide spectrum of educational, cultural, physical and recreational experiences to develop the student’s capacity to think, write and express their creativity. Our intention is to instill a zeal for learning in our students that they will carry throughout their life. Our dedicated staff looks to challenge our students with academic rigour and relevance which will prepare them for the ever-changing culture of the society. We are an inclusive and empowering learning community which fosters confident, creative, caring, curious and collaborative learners who “dare to be excellent”. Our passionate teachers ensure our students grow in confidence and capabilities and develop the skills for the rapidly changing, 21st century living.
We aim to create a safe, nurturing yet challenging environment that is built on positive relationships; developing the whole student – emotionally, socially and academically. We care for and appreciate each of our students as the unique individuals that they are, each with distinct talents, interests and needs, and each with differing learning styles.

Dear All,
Today, the children of our country face a more challenging and competitive environment. So, it becomes imperative to balance academic rigour, co-curricular activities and extra-curricular activities for the overall development of a student. The most important process to attain this goal is to pursue a value based education system. This method involves tending to the emotional, physical, social and cultural needs of every student.

While keeping an eye on the academic pursuits and achievements of our children, we ensure that we give them good grounding in character building too.
The present age is undergoing a change in values and mind-sets. Gone are the days of stereotyped notions and values. The child of today is busy in exploring and would rather experience than follow blindly. We are proud of educating hundreds of children and giving them courage to live up to the ideals being taught to them. In the past years, the progress that we have made as a school, in spite of obvious hurdles and challenges, amazes everyone. Thanks to our hard working students, supportive parents and dedicated teachers. Let’s continue to work together and support each other.
